Fanglorious is the fourth episode of season three and the twenty-fourth of the series.
Summary[]
Ranger Freddie Gonzalez teams with an old enemy; the Geckos must defend against the Jaguar Warriors.
Plot[]
Scott is seen performing with his own rock band named 'Fanglorious' at a concert. They have many of the audience members cut their palms and Scott chooses a young man to come back with them. It's revealed Scott and the band choose people who have committed sin to feed on them.
Meanwhile, Richie feeds on a prisoner, then engages in a conversation with a female doctor named Dr. Dakota Block. Their conversation turns flirtatious.
Scott reunites with Kate in an alley who warns him about Amaru before transforming back into the entity and nearly assimilates him until Gonzalez arrives to save him. Gonzalez informs the Gecko brothers at their new base about his and Scott's confrontation with Amaru, and they believe that the humane nature of Kate is still there; Amaru is also seen preying on a male human being at an isolated church and informs Brasa to send another set of demons - a jaguar-skinned hunter named Zolo and two of his soldiers. The brothers and Gonzalez are ambushed by the three demons at their base. Scott meets up with his band at a junkyard before all parties find each other leading into confrontations; Amaru nearly succeeds in assimilating Scott and Seth before Scott stabs Amaru with one of his swords as they escape.
Richie is shown at the same bar, continuing his flirtatious conversation with Dr. Block. He seems intrigued by her kindness and her perceived lack of "darkness". They leave the bar together. However, when they reach the parking lot, Dr. Block reveals that she is Earl McGraw's daughter and is seeking to avenge him. She then shoots Richie in the chest with a shotgun, sending him flying out of view. Unaware that he is a culebra and cannot be killed by bullets, she is confused when she goes to check his body and he is nowhere to be found.
